I am experiencing a critical issue with the Trello macOS application: I am unable to log in despite using the correct credentials. The error message says ‘Incorrect email address and/or password’, even though I can log in via the browser with the same credentials. I have already tried all the usual solutions (clearing the cache, deleting the keychain, reinstalling the app, testing on another macOS user), without success. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
@Vincent Robatel Can you try using the help menu and then click 'Reset local data'. After doing this are you able to log in successfully ?
@Andrea CrawfordI’ve tried again, but the error message remains the same. I also attempted to clear the local data using the command line, but unfortunately, the issue persists.
