I reviewed the email address in our mail logs , and it looks like at some point in the past an email we sent to it was rejected. When this happens, we block future emails to the address to avoid sending you emails you don’t want to receive, or if your email address has not been set up correctly.
I have now removed the block on your email address, which will allow you to receive all emails from Trello and Atlassian going forward. It may take a little time for this change to take effect.
If the email address is still not getting emails from us within an hour, be sure to double-check the SPAM folder, then let us know and we can troubleshoot further from there!
