Hey Community,
We have 7 members in one particular Workspace in Trello. Within the workspace, we have several boards. Is it possible for the user to see all cards assigned to them across all boards?
Many thanks
Connie
Hi @Connie ! Welcome to the community! There's a couple ways you can do this.
That person can go to their home page on Trello and they should see a section called "My Items" (looks like this).
If you're using Business Class, you can go to your "Workspace Table" and click "quick filters", then the "My Cards" button.
Hello @Connie
If each user opens each board into a new tab on their browser....presto, all their cards are visible across all the boards.

Hi Connie, some good answers above including most options I would suggest.
Only other one (another 3rd party power-up) is Blue Cat Reports. You can create 'quick lists' in there for each member to see all their cards.
You can also go a bit further and create reports showing cards which are due/overdue, or which have been in a certain list for too long or anything else you might think of :)

You can go to https://trello.com/{username}/cards to see all your cards (just swap out the username with your own username).
If you want to create a board view of all cards assigned to you, you could use something like Unito to consolidate all cards with you as a member into a personal overview board. The idea would be to create a personal overview board for each team member. This is a paid option but is very useful to help members stay on top of their work and prevent things from falling through the cracks.

Thanks Hanna. This is very useful. I really appreciated it. Where can I find more details about Unito? Is it inside Trello? I don't mind paying a subscription if it works.
Kind Regards
Connie

Hi Connie - Unito is a 3rd party application/power-up - you can find more information on their website (https://unito.io/), or via the power-up (https://trello.com/power-ups/595e989fa8f137d2af456fd4)
