Hi guys,
I'd like to be able to view any cards technicians have deleted as a way of making sure certain techs don't pocket cash and deleted history of a job. Before, I was told I could add job-status?menu=filter&filter=deleteCard to the board URL and see this, but it doesn't seem to be working (doesn't show a test card i've recently deleted, just the lists and the number of cards in each with "0 results" showing on the right side
Is there a way I can either see which cards have been deleted (preferable) or at least see if techs have been deleting any cards? Thank you!
Hi @KRepair ,
So restoring a deleted card is not possible. But you need to first make sure that .. was is archived or deleted.. First step is that card is archived (which can be restored) then someone can delete it which is permanent..
You should be able to see te activity when you open the Board menu.. There should be a information who deleted, when and which card.
Thanks for the reply. I see that in the activity log, on the card I deleted it does say "KRepair deleted so and so card".
Is there a way I can just expand the activity to log to like the last 30 days and do a ctrl+f search for the word deleted?

Well CTRL+F in a browser should work overall when you want to search for 'deleted card' .. You can of course view ALL activity (there is an option on the bottom of activity), but not sure if you can expand to lets say .. last 30 days.

So the issue there is that currently, if I wanted to do a ctrl+f to search the past 30 days or so, I have to keep hitting "Load more activity" which takes quite a long time especially with the amount of activity we have and how long it takes for each section to load.
For example, I clicked it 3-4 times within the span of 15 seconds and that only covered 1 day. Wondering if anyone knows how to bring up a separate activity log that can just load weeks of activity at a time??
