We are a 501c3 non-profit status and have been registered as such for years. We have been using Trello since 2016 and now need to move to a paid plan because of the change in their structure. We have now been instantly auto-rejected twice by Atlassian for non-profit pricing status for seemingly no discernable reason. I have requested clarification as to why, and received nothing in return.
We qualify and have non-profit plans through Microsoft, Adobe, and Google, so I'm curious as to what seeming requirements that Atlassian has that these larger companies do not. I'd like our case re-opened.
@Jared Riddick could you please share your support ticket number so that we can follow up?

I have just sent one in. I'm not hopeful. All replies so far have been from bots.

It starts with Bots but will be picked up by a human, although they seem to have a bit of a backlog at the moment and it may take a little longer. There is priority for Premium and enterprise customers, have you already used the 30 day premium trial?
