When I copy a board to another workspace, the background from the original board is not copied

I have some boards in a free workspace and the board is private and I want to copy that board to another free workspace and set it to private, the background doesn't stay the same. It seems to be one board, the other boards in the workspace (also private) has no problem and the same background is copied with the board. 

How is that possible?

I tried to replicate this issue without success. Could you please confirm what the background looks like when you copy the board? Does it change to a solid color?
Is the background on the board a custom one, or was it selected from the available options?

Every time I copy a board, the background changes into a picture of a snowboarder. That is so strange, it looks like a bug?  The lady that asked me the question has it with all the boards she tries to copy. is there someone that can help us out?
