Where did Butler go?

The Butler menu seems to have disappeared. When I try to access it via 'Show menu...', nothing happens. Please help!

@Barbara Martin Butler is no longer a powerup, it's standard on all accounts (although the limits differ depending on free vs paid plans):

Thank you. Turns out the problem was with my browser (Chrome). When I tried an alternate browser (Firefox), the problem went away. I haven’t had a chance to track down the specific issue yet.
