I need to actually talk to someone. I don't care if it's chat, or email or I have to send a letter in. Someone tell me how I can get some support for this software that has no reporting capabilities and no way to contact anyone. The contact pages just go round and round and stick me in the community. It's like trying to get support from Facebook. It's non-existent.
Hi @Andrea Rozman 👋
To contact Trello Support directly you need to raise a support ticket here >> https://trello.com/en-GB/contact
Unfortunately, there is no way to contact them (e.g. phone number, email etc.). Just make sure to keep an eye on your junk/spam folder as occasionally it can find its way into there.
I hope this helps but if you have any other questions just ask away 😃
All the best,
Laura
@Laura Holton _ACE Rotterdam_ I've been to that link and it just takes me back here. It provides no place to send an email or submit a ticket.

Hi Andrea,
You need to scroll down to the bottom of the page where it shows 'Contact Support' (underneath the Atlassian Community section) and follow the form fill. You can choose to raise a ticket without logging in or if you're already logged in it should pick that up for you in the form. Either way it doesn't stop you raising a support ticket. This is what you should be able to see:
It then comes down to what you're looking to raise a ticket about, the options will guide you to which it feels is most appropriate for example billing, reporting a bug etc. all provide options to raise a ticket. However, if you're looking for how to do something within using Trello it will refer you to documentation and the Community for support.

It doesn't really allow me to select anything more than "can't log in" but I fudged my way through. Thanks.

@Andrea Rozman fwiw, i think it offers more support options for premium users, so if you are one and only see the option to log in, choose that and then explain more in the issue!
Also, as far as reporting capabilities, part of the beauty of Trello is that its a standalone tool but is powered up by power-ups. There are tons out there for reporting, and often the power-ups themselves have terrific support staff that are often willing to onboard you with their power-ups in Trello and get you up and running.
