Where is the members section?

When I search for the members section, I am told to click .... and then scroll down to the members section.  But when I do so, no members section is listed.  I go back to the instructions. There is a picture of what happens after I click on "members", but no picture of where to find "members" which is what I can't find.  Therefore the instructions aren't very helpful. 

So to ask again: how to find the members section?

Ah sorry.  Trello.  Which just pushes one through to this forum (or whatever it is) without explaining that other applications are also dealt with here.

Anyway, thank you for your reponse, I have now stumbled on the answer.
