I've been notified by a normal (workspace) user that he is able to view all private boards in the workspace, despite not being added to these boards. I'm somewhat unfamiliar with Trello, but I understood that you had to be added to a private board to be able to view/interact with it. Using Trello Business.
How can I fix this?
Can you double check the visibility on these boards? "Workspace visible" boards should be visible to any Workspace member, but "Private" should not. I believe the default visibility is "Workspace visible."

Every board is set to Private (and only 2-3 admins can choose otherwise).
