Why is my card not moving?

I want to have one place/list to enter all appointments. I have an appointment with a due date and time. When the due date is reached, the card should be moved to the list "Today's Tasks". It does not work! I copied the rule here:
when a due date less than 1 hours from now is set on a card in list "Notes / New Ideas 🗒️", move the card to the top of list "Today's Tasks 🎯"

Use due date commands like this :

1 hours before a card is due, move the card to the top of list "Today s Tasks"

Thanks! It seems my repeating cards can be moved using the "Rules" section of Butler and the other cards need to be controlled/moved by using the "Due Date" section.
Anyway it's all good now. Thanks!
