I'm trying to search for any cards that have a label, but the search isn't returning any results. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? (Please watch video before commenting with a link to the basic documentation. Thanks!)
So I don't know how to get the first part to work re #label, which I suppose is a search for any card that has a label at all.
But you got super close to being able to search for a specific label. All you needed was label:Priority. No spaces was all. :)
Or label:"Label with spaces" for labels with actual spaces
Also, there's a board-specific search function in Menu>Search Cards. Or just hit F. That gives you a bit more control in filtering labels.
Is there any way to search for all posts with labels that way I don't have to take time to write "Priority" on every label? The only reason I want to use labels is to set aside some tasks as a priority. This way, each day I can search to see all my priority tasks for that day.

As I said, no idea how to do a search for "has any label" sorry.
Maybe submit a bug report via Trello's contact us? "#label returns labelled cards" seems pretty explicit yet doesn't seem to be working.
For workarounds:
Edit: For the next paragraph, in case you didn't know, label naming is for that label everywhere. Changing a label changes it for all labels, not just a single instance. Thats the only reason I could figure you'd complain about renaming labels...
It sounds like you don't want a whole lot of specificity in your labels, but do want to use more than one. In which case, spend the extra 10 seconds to rename all your labels once, and forevermore have the ability to search for all labels by searching for label:whateveryounamedallyourlabels. Its going to take you an extra 2 seconds for when you decide on new colours. But again, literally seconds and you only have to do it once.
If you do want specificity, with each label a different name. And want to search trello-wide, prepend all the labels similarly like !label !priority !bob, then search label:!
For Board-specific. The Search Cards functionality (hit F) is by default an OR search (you can change it at the bottom). So just select all the tags you want. It is more clicks every time you want to search though, so not as easy as the previous methods.

You can search for a named label with a query like "label: labelname" or "#labelname".
You can also search for a label of a specific color with a query like "#red" or "#green".
There is a "has" operator to match cards that have a specific attribute, like "has:cover" will match only cards that have a cover set. Unfortunately "label" is not currently supported with this operator.
Also note that the search bar you're using is cross-board search, and will return results from any board, not just the current board, unless you scope the query with the "board:boardname" operator.
If you only want to search on the board you're currently viewing, there's a "Search Cards" function in the board menu ("Show Menu" button in top right -> "Search Cards").
This lets you filter cards by label by just clicking the label.
