Why is my work being deleted and my trello not working properly?

Hi all,

My Trello will delete my work, sometimes even as i type! This can be from a singular word to boxes ticked to unticked, screenshots added and large amounts of text deleted. I now take screen shots to prove all the work that I do, which I'm guaranteed to find in my PC's folders, Which is really counterproductive and wasting my time when I have to redo the deleted work. The system will also not load for me sometimes, showing only half of a Trello card. Even when I'm on the card, it can then remove the visibility of half the page I was just typing on or viewing, this inevitably also deletes all the work just completed. No one else on the board has this trouble and I have been having these issues since I joined the board in October.

Could you please specify whether this issue is occurring on the desktop app, mobile app, or the web version of Trello? Providing more details about the problem you are experiencing would be helpful. Have you attempted to reinstall the app or clear the cache in your browser to see if that resolves the issue? As we have not received any other reports regarding a similar problem, and considering that no other members on your board are experiencing the same issue, it seems likely that this is a local problem. Let's investigate this further to address the issue promptly.

Hi Alisson, I have done all the above (this is on the web version). We are actually having many problems today and I'm wondering if our Trello is 'overloaded'. Amazing fields are not displaying at all, even though enabled and this is across the business, not just on my PC. 

 

If you could please help to confirm if the board is indeed overloaded and possibly offer some solutions to enable us to work to full capacity again, it would be much appreciated.

Sorry about the issues with Amazing Fields.  I have pushed out an update that fixes an issue that came up that appears to be related to a recently Trello update. 

I *think* this should resolve your issues, but please followup through the support channel in Amazing Fields if you have any continued issues.  I want to make sure everything is working for you.
