I took a closer look at that workspace. While I don't have a complete view of it, it seems like the user account that uses that board might have a different Atlassian Account from the one you're using here in Community. Your community account appears to be using a gmail account. While that board seems to have members on a *****.br domain.
Do you happen to have another email address that you usually use to login to https://id.atlassian.com ? If so that might be the clearest explanation for what happened here.
You could try to open an incognito or private browser session, then visit that link above and login with your .br credentials. See if you can then visit your trello link once logged in via that session.

It looks like your board got either removed or permissions got updated.

By the way, I was the board admin and hadn’t changed anything. Can I access my data that was 'lost'?

If you're the only one who could make those changes and you haven't done it there might have been a change on the Trello side.
I would recommend to reach out to Trello directly through Atlassian support on this link: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
