"Booklet" Power Up by Vince disappeared over the weekend

The booklet power up shows as enabled in my boards but isn't actually there as an option. When I try to access the website associated with the power up (https://trello.vince.run/) it has no DNS. According to Google, I last accessed it on the 21st of September. The last time I used Booklet successfully was on the 8th of October.

The power up is still showing on the Trello list so I'm hoping maybe it isn't actually gone but just suffering some sort of "oops, our domain expired and we were slow to react" sort of issue. I can't work out how to find out, though, and if I'm going to have to live without it, then I need to start looking for similar programs to achieve my current routine.

I don't suppose anyone knows anything....

Welcome to the Community! I've taken a look into this for you but it seems to have just dropped off the radar. Links and Imagery on the Trello Power Up store aren't working/showing. 

My recommendation would be to raise a ticket directly with Trello support as they should be able to give more insight for you >> https://trello.com/en-GB/contact#/

@Laura Holton _ACE Rotterdam_ Thank you for the welcome. I have gone ahead and mailed Trello support in hopes that they might know more. As the situation is still the same, I suspect that the power up will end up disabled despite having over 10,000 users.

Hopefully someone else will fill in the gap!

@Sylvia Spruck Wrigley you might want to reach out to the Power-Up support as it's likely on their end and not Trello. I just found this email on the "contact support" link in the power-up: hello@vince.run

@Brittany Joiner  The problem is that the vince.run domain is currently not resolving, which is why the power up isn't working (I think) but also the website, the help pages and the email address. I do agree that it isn't Trello's issue, I just can't work out how to resolve it if the power-up location has dropped off the face of the internet.

That is reporting exactly what I was, which was that the vince.run was  no longer resolving, thus I couldn't find a way to get through. However, I just heard back from Trello support and it is back!

Hi from 2023! It looks like the Booklet is gone again. I have been using it for monthly backups and last month it worked fine but now I cannot find the power-up even though it has been enabled. Any chance it will be back again?
