"Last Updated:" Field in trello cards

So, a few of my boards have cards with a "Last Updated:"-field, as in the image below. This is only visible inside the card, and not in the board view.

Question 1:

Why is this field visible in one board, but not in others?

Question 2:

Where do I find specific card settings for each board?

Question 3:

Why is there apparently zero information about this field? I find a few threads where a custom Last updated-field is discussed, but nothing more. If there is any info, please share!

The field is from a PowerUp that you must have installed on this board and not the others (could not from a search see what PowerUp that have this feature so check your installed PowerUps)..., so that more or less answer all 3 questions (there is no board setting as it is controlled by the PowerUp and not descrbed at it is not a default field)
