unable to access slack power-up settings

Can't access Slack settings on a new board. Tried it in a browser on my phone, nothing seems to be happening either. Any idea how to fix it? and yes, I've cleared cache

Is this only happening when you use the browser on your phone? Does this also occur when you use a desktop web browser? Please try an incognito/private window as well!

Are you able to test in a different browser (i.e. Google Chrome, Firefox)?

well, it magically worked today in Chrome. but why can't I suddenly access any settings in safari? it doesn't make sense.
