with a Trello Business paid account, can I have an unlimited # of free observers?

Currently my team copies my board and then makes changes to their own boards. But more often than not, they accidentally make changes to my board and I'm constantly having to change/fix it. Can an observer make a copy of a board? Are they limited to a # of boards?

No, whether someone is an Observer or not doesn't make them a free user in a paid workspace.

You could make the board public?
