Record information from completed/archived card into CRM?

I use Trello and Capsule CRM, I would love to find a way to automatically link a card to the correct person in the CRM when I archive it or move it to the "done" list. So I would have a record that the card was completed and any notes that have been added to Trello. I see there's no way to do this directly, but has anyone found a workaround?

Hi @Beth Deyo , there is not a native integration but if you don't have too much API experience, you can do this with a no-code automation tool such as Make or Zapier 

My personal preference is Make but Zapier may be easier to get started with. Both have AI assistants to help you get started

Trello automation provides a http request where initiate a post request with some payload. For example, if the email can uniquely identfies a contact in Capsule CRM and, vice versa, you can keep the Trello id as a custom field then have effectively connected the two records.
