Remove a Guest Thats an Admin of a Board

I'm trying to close a board with an old client on it. They are the admin of the board so it's not allowing me to remove her as a guest or close the board. Is there anything else I can do?

Hope you are doing well. 

How about you change the ownership of the filter that's being used by the board? That will make you the new owner of that board too and you should be able to remove the user easily.
