Remove the credit card on file without cancelling the subscription

Hi,

It is against my organization's compliance rule (I'm working working for a state employer) to leave purchasing card information on file, and i need prior approval to make payments for software services.
Me leaving my credit card on file for my Trello Premium plan is therefore non-compliant.

Is it possible to make payments without leaving my card on file? ideally, I'd want to pay by invoice. Is something like that possible? I'm not sure if I can keep using Trello if the only way of paying is using a card on file.
