Had the question if in Trello Premium, you can be able to download reports, and create a dashboard with a ticket system, for office use.

Hi Cigdem, thank you! What we are willing to create is a ticket system, in which team members can create a card and assign it to other member for support in a task, like a ticket system. Do you know if that is possible in Trello?

You can have a look at our Service Desk for Trello which many Trello users use for ticketing. Tickets can be created through email or forms and can be assigned manually or automatically to the members of your choice. You can find a detailed article below:
