Dear community,
we are a small Team of two Support guys, using Trello as a Ticket system. We use an existing template "Support Ticket Management" and are pretty happy so far. Incoming Mails get listed under "incoming Tickets". The Problem we have is that we can't tell who send the mail if there is no signature. If someone just wrote his Problem without any e-mail signature or leaving his name in the mail text we don't know who needs support. Is it possible to make the mailadress of the sender visible in the Card? I thought it coulkd be seen in the details of the card...but there is always my user as the one who put the mail in "incoming Tickets".
Thanks for you help.
Kind regards
Dominik
Hi @Dominik Herzog , I am Bugra from Hipporello.
Basically, we turn your Trello board into a full-fledged service desk for free. You can create a form for your clients and let them log in to your service desk portal which is provided by Hipporello from an URL like <yourcompany>.hipporello.net. There are ready forms to be used, such as support tickets, job applications, bug tracking, etc. But also you can create custom forms and reflect your branding freely. You can also connect your e-mails and handle incoming e-mails from your board as well.
Coming to your question, we also show detailed e-mail information (sender, subject, etc.) on the card. Every new incoming request/email will be a card on your board, and you can further communicate through that card.
You can check how it works here in 2 mins. Feel free to give us a try.
Benkboard by takes a gmail converts it to a card with sender info as the card name and more.

@Dominik Herzog that's right although for shared email you'd be better off with BenkoDesk which is for shared email:
It lets you use Trello as a Gmail client, and you can see your sent items in Gmail.
SendBoard and Hipporello are other options for doing support in Trello, although you forward the emails into their server so you don't see both sides of the conversation in your Gmail (but the upside is you can use them if you don't use Gmail).
CardBox has similar integration with Gmail to BenkoDesk, but doesn't allow you to send attachments directly from Trello.
BenkoDesk also runs as a "bot" so you can use it from any device (ie. it's not a powerup that won't work on iOS/Android devices).
