Set a due in template

If i place a template i can set a due after creation.

After some time this is not possible anymore, but only with templates.

The weird thing is, that i can to it via mbile app but not in browser and win10 App.

Is there any limitation when i can set a due on a template?

Doesn't seem possible? Converting a card in to a template even removes an existing due date.

A workaround might be to set-up a Butler rule to somehow recognize a new card made from a template, and then applying the due date from there?

Here you can see, on templates there are no due option
