Show Checklist Powerup

I used the powerup Show Checklist to make my checklists show on front of card.  It works on my account, (Trello Premium, 1 user - bought board license for multi user for powerup) but on people invited to the board, it says "failure to fetch" and the checklist is not displayed.  How do I fix this?
