Shut out of logging in due to email no longer existing

I have been in my Trello account as early as last month but now it is requiring me to type in a code which it is sending to my email account. The trouble is that the email no longer works. It was on a server that I no longer have access to. I want to go in and change my email but I can't get it. So it's just a cycle and I can't access my account and all my boards. Can anyone tell me how to get a hold of someone at Trello or Atlassian that can help me resolve this issue?  Thank you.

Welcome to the community.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble logging in! I understand that you were locked out of their account because you don't have access to the email address.

Unfortunately, the only way to get back into the account, for now, is through your email and password and accessing the mailbox with the email code.

We have this feature request to provide alternative ways to verify the user instead of the email code, and I have added you as a +1 to this request: ID-8819. But for now, this solution is not available yet.
