Our very small team is testing out Trello (only 3 members) and we are just a couple of days into the trial. Today in a meeting I tried adding the other two to a new board I was working on, and I was hit with some sort of warning saying that since I was already sharing one with them, adding them to a 2nd board would add them to my billing?
I thought that even free accounts got 10 boards, and that we were supposed to be on a free trial of premium for at least two weeks? Is there something Im missing here? Does it just automatically charge for collaboration, regardless of size?
I'm not really complaining we are planning to pay for premium anyway as the expense is low for only 3 people, but I'm just trying to understand the logic and if there are more things I'm missing.
Single board guests are free with Premium account. You got that notification because you were adding your coworkers to a second board, which would have them billable. This page has more details https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/multi-board-guests/
