Stacking Popups in a Trello Power-Up

Hi,

In the Power-Up documentation there is a mention of the possibility of stacking up popups. But I don't see ant examples or documentation of how that would be implemented? Is it a callback function, or is it another way of using the popup function? 

Any help would be appreciated!
