Subscription Canceled but Auto debited Automatically

We are writing regarding a subscription renewal charge that was recently deducted from our account. The account associated had its subscription canceled on March 16, 2024, and we even received a confirmation of the cancellation at that time.

However, we were surprised to find that AED 4,046.27. was deducted from our account on March 5, 2025, for the renewal of the subscription.

In light of this, we kindly request that the necessary steps be taken to refund the deducted amount to our account.
