Suddenly logged out of the board

Hello,

This morning I couldn't access my board at https://trello.com/b/xxxxxxxx/core-support. I've logged in with several accounts but can't find the admin account. I integrated my Trello account with Slack, and it says I logged out of my board on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 9:18 PM (GMT+7). I wasn't even logged in to Trello at the time. Can you help me resolve this issue?

I confirmed that the board is closed. The admin's account was deleted due to inactivity, which led to the closure of the board. I have given you the necessary admin permissions; can you try to reopen the board now?

Wow, you're a lifesaver. Yes, now I can reopen the deleted board. My board was actually still active until last week. So it's very strange that it was deleted. Anyway, thank you for your help and quick response!
