Hi trello community !

I have an question, i would like to group and synchronize several lists (DO DOING and DONE) of several board (board 1, board 2,…) into only one FINAL board of "My to do this week" with 3 lists (DO, DOING and DONE)

For example: If I move my card from DO to DOING in my board 1, that will change from DO to DOING on my FINAL board or delete it on my LIST DO and create it on my list DOING in my FINAL board.

Is that possible? and how ?

thanks in advance !

Best !

I've just created 2 boards, testing board 1 and testing board 2 so that I could show you the Butler rule that I would use if I wanted to do this. You would have to copy each card from one board to another and then link them, but this should enable it to work.

It looks like this - so it's an if this then that statement:

Alternatively, you could set up another Butler command, so that when the due date is within say the next week, the card would be copied to your master board and the card could link together automatically. That's what I've done (with a 100 day timeframe, pictured here). I have it enabled on EVERY board that isn't my 'Desktop' board, so it doesn't matter which board something is on, the minute it becomes due in less than 100 days, it copies into my 'Desktop' board, adds me to it and links the cardsScreenshot 2019-10-02 at 21.03.20.png

You could always add another Butler command along the lines of this:

Which would mean that every time you create a new card on the first board in the  'to do' list, it would automatically copy it to the second board and link them together
