We have created three templates for cards. For one of our teammates, only one of the templates shows up on his phone. (He is on Android)

The rest of our users (Both on Android and iOS) see all three templates.
Can anyone fill us in on why this may be?

That definitely sounds strange, and it sounds like you've gone through all of the troubleshooting steps.
Would you mind asking the user to go to the Home section of the app, click on the menu icon in the top left and tap on 'Settings' then 'Report a Bug'?
A draft email will be formulated with some baseline device information to help us streamline the debug process. In the report email, please ask them to include exact steps they're taking in the app, and what they actually see (screenshots are always appreciated!) vs. what they expect to see (i.e a screenshot from another Android user).
