The document attached to 1 particular card showing its date as 'invalid date' instead actual date

A document has been attached to a card and its attached date is showing as "invalid date" instead of the date it got attached to. all other documents and cards are working perfect other than this particular card or attachment. how to resolve and how its came so?

I recommend to clear Trello website data as described here, and then check if bug still persists.
