To Do Card Automation Does not Work in Different Time Zones

We have an Automation button that does 

"copy the card to the bottom of list "Do today" on board "Tasks""

We have just added a new member to our board, who sits in a different time zone (We are in Europe and he is in Bangkok).

Each time he tries to fire the button in his Trello App it makes an error. When we do it, it works.

Has anyone experienced this or have an idea of why it does this?

@Kim Holberg Andersen i dont think the time zones should be affecting it. What doe the error message say?
