I have paid several invoices to Oleksii Smargunnov  (https://trello.com/power-ups/61c9a684252baf6cc7dafa3f/custom-fields-with-external-data) to get the Toggl and Trello integration. It did work for some days but now I keep getting this messages in all my boards and cards saying that "it looks like not all data were fetched, please reload card.W How can I sort this out?

Hi Aya,

I'm sorry to hear that it's not working. I see that this Power-up Custom fields with External Data is a 3rd party Power-up. Unfortunately, we don't have any extra information abou it or what you'd need to do to get this working, as this Power-Up isn't developed or managed by us.

 What I could suggest is to try browser troubleshooting. Sometimes cookies or extensions can cause some unexpected behavior. You can follow these browser troubleshooting steps -> https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/troubleshooting-browser-issues-with-trello/

 In case that doesn't work, I'd recommend reaching out to the team who developed the Power-up directly, as they should be able to help you with this. You can contact them by emailing at alex@sm-act.com
