Hi,

We use Trello to track the publication of articles onto our website. Every step in the publication process has a queue dedicated to it and each article that goes through it moves across the board from left to right, like a production line.

I need to be able to track how many cards moved into each queue each week and month so we can tally up how many were published and where the shortfalls in the process are.

For example, if 50 articles moved into the 'published' queue from the queue in front of it during January, we know we published 50 articles that month.

Does anyone know of a Trello power-up, extension or add-on that can tally all of this automatically for me?

Hi @Mark Langshaw

Blue Cat Reports has your back!

There is a 7 day free trial, and it should be pretty easy to build those charts. But here are some help docs in case that helps as well

- Completed cards https://www.bluecatreports.com/help/articles/completed-this-week-month-ytd/ If you create these charts for each step of your process you can get counts for how many cards completed each step. Or create that chart with 'published' as your done list and you can see the total completed for any time period.

- The above creates a simple cout, but you could also do this as a line chart

- If you are interested in individual steps in your process, tracking how long each step (or the whole process) takes can be interesting https://www.bluecatreports.com/help/articles/cycle-time/

Our supprt contact is on the website, reach out there if you like and I am happy to hop on a call to help you get set up. Pretty sure we should be able to do everything you need (we have other customers using Trello and Blue Cat exactly like this :) )

Cheers,

Robin
