Trello Butler not posting comment on Jira issue

Hi,

I have a rule on Trello to post a comment on the Jira issue when the card is moved to another list. I have used the same rule many time for other boards and worked fine. The last time I did this was a few months back.

However, last week I attempted to do the same but keep getting an error which doesn't explain anything.

An error occurred while trying to post the comment.

The command finished running.
Total operations: 1

I  get email informing me that Butler could not run the rule but that is it.

Does anyone know what the issue could be or is there a problem with the Jira integration at the moment?

Hi Kam,

Thanks for reaching out about this. Just to make sure nothing has changed in your Jira set-up that might be having an impact on this, could you set up a new version of the same rule to see if this works better?

If not, it would be great if you could send us a ticket at trello.com/contact and you can work with our support team to figure out what might be going on.
