Trello Card Date Discrepancy: Seeking Clarification

Has anyone noticed why the dates on the Trello card sometimes change on their own? I'm seeing the correct due dates and times on my end, but my colleague is seeing them one day off. Any insights?

Different Timezones perhaps? If time on the due date is midnight then it would be different dates in various timezones as Trello keeps everything in UTC time
