Trello Checklist

Disclaimer: Novice user of Trello. Is there a way for the checklist to be the card? As in name the card CHECKLIST then the items on the card are the checklist? It seems to be a lot of duplication in the current set up. I have to name the card, then name the checklist on the card, then create the checklist. I was trying for like a 'daily to do' with checklist of items for that day but I can't see to find a good way to set it up. Thanks!

welcome to this wonderful community!

You are right - the way to generate a checklist can be long way! But you can easily shorten it:

• Create a checklist card you oftenly use (as you wrote 'daily to do')
• Go to 'Make template'
  
• Done!

Now you can choose this template when creating a new card by clicking on this

Thanks. I'd rather be able to skip the 'description' step and just have the card be a long checklist - like the name of the card be the 'To Do Today' then the rest of the items be the checklist but I don't think it's doable. Thanks for the response tho!
