Trello Inbox: needs to be visible inside board on mobile (iOS)

I appreciate the continued updates to Trello and that many improvements are available even to free users.

The new Inbox feature is a powerful capture tool perfectly aligned with my GTD workflow, allowing me to quickly capture all tasks and commitments in one place without losing anything important. On my Mac desktop, the Inbox works seamlessly next to my GTD board, enabling easy drag-and-drop of cards into lists like Next Actions, Projects, and Waiting For — helping me process and organize my tasks efficiently.

On mobile, the Inbox is easily accessible as a separate section, which makes capturing on the go very simple. However, I’d love the option to have the Inbox also appear as a list inside my boards. This change would allow a more integrated processing experience like on desktop, supporting a smoother workflow when sorting and clarifying captured tasks. Adding this capability would deepen Trello’s usability for GTD practitioners and provide consistency across devices. Thank you for considering this feedback and for keeping Trello vibrant and useful for all users.

Welcome to the community!

We are really glad to hear that the Inbox feature is helping you manage your work more efficiently. As of now, we have a separate inbox section on the mobile app to capture to-dos. It’s not exactly the same experience as in the web and desktop versions.
