Hi, 

We are using Trello at company level and I would like to contact your support team to know about premium accounts options. I would like to manage user permissions and delete abandoned boards not needed now (my current account doesn't give me the possibility of doing it)

We need to manage old users and owners as some of them have leaved the company I can not do it.

Do you want to exercise ownership over just the Trello boards, or over the entire accounts of your former employees?

Trello Premium alone will not let you manage and delete accounts, because it's a subscription that gives you more features and management options on the Trello boards but not over the accounts.

• If you simply want to take over some of the boards created by former employees, and you shared a workspace with the employees, you can start a free Premium trial from http://www.trello.com/free-trial — using the free trial on the workspace will make you an admin over all the boards in the workspace. It does not let you see boards that your former employees have created outside of the workspace you share.
• If you want to see all the boards your former employees have, you'll need to log in to their accounts directly. 
• If you want to delete the accounts, you'll need to do that individually by logging in to each account, or by creating a free Atlassian Organization and verifying your email domain to claim and manage the Atlassian accounts registered to emails on your domain.
