Trello Windows 10 App out of sync?

Hello there,

I am not sure if this is windows not updating the app, or the app is just lacking updates for quite a while, what is the latest version of the windows store app?

I notice things like the notifications are not in sync with how Trello displays them now on the web, still using the old method, so I'm not sure if this is the app just being outdated and out of sync with the web.

Crystal from Trello Support here! 

We're rolling out the release of the new home page and notifications slowly over the next few days, so hang in there, it won't be long before it's enabled for desktop.

Thanks, also I would assume Trello Home is not released yet? Because clicking it as it describes on the web just displays the normal boards page.
