My trello account is showing as deactivated when someone tries to add me to any workspace, but I'm able to login to my account. How can I activate it?

You're seeing that behaviour because your account was disabled within a specific Enterprise.
In this case, you'll have to reach out to your Enterprise Admin and request they re-enable your account within that Enterprise, otherwise you'll only have access to workspaces outside that Enterprise.
