Hi, our Trello board "Jubla SL" seems to be closed. Every time I try to access it, I get the message that I need to contact the admin and that the admin has to reopen the board. However, when I log in as the admin, the board is not visible at all. What should I do? I really need this board.

It sounds like the board may have been closed or deleted. A few steps you can try:
Check closed boards – Go to your workspace → Boards → scroll down and click View all closed boards. If the board is there, you can reopen it.
Check if the board was deleted – If the board was permanently deleted, it won’t appear anywhere, even for admins. Unfortunately, deletion in Trello is permanent and cannot be undone.
Confirm workspace membership – Make sure you’re still an admin/member of the workspace where the board originally lived. If you were removed from the workspace, you won’t see the board at all.
Contact Trello Support – If you’re sure you’re the admin and the board isn’t showing in closed boards, it may be a backend issue. You can reach Trello support
