Trello confirmation email getting lost on Zoho email

I have been trying to invite my colleague to a board but she is unable to confirm her email address even when trying it manually: https://help.trello.com/article/830-re-inviting-a-person-to-a-board-who-is-not-receiving-an-invitation-email

 

Can you help please?

@Sara Coffield generally what happens is that an initial attempt failed (usually because someone signed up with an email before it existed) and future attempts are blocked. You should email support@trello.com
