Trello custom fields

Hi,

If I 2 different types of cards on a Board that need different custom fields, could I set it up so that a card would only show relevant custom fields? 

At the moment, all custom fields I've added are showing up on all cards.

Custom fields are specific to the board. Unfortunately, you can't set specific ones to show up on specific cards (if only!).

All custom fields on a board will show up in all cards that are on that board. You can, of course, set which ones you want to appear on the front of the card, but again, these will appear on all cards.

It would be amazing to have card-dependent custom fields, but alas, that's not something we have at the moment (more's the pity!).

I know that doesn't help much!
