Trello for Gmail not appearing

Hi, 

We installed trello for Gmail domain-wide. All our users see the add-on as 'installed' when looking in the store, but the icon doesn't appear in Gmail, while in inbox view OR within an individual email. In fact, we haven't ever seen it appear in any view at all. 

What could I do to solve?
