I am experiencing an issue with logging into my Trello account associated with the email address due to problems with the two-step verification process.
Here is a summary of what I have tried so far:
Login with Email and Password:
I am able to log in using my email and password without any issues
Missing Verification Code:
After logging in, I am prompted to enter a 6-digit verification code. Unfortunately, I am not receiving any verification codes by phone or email.
Tried Emergency Recovery Key:
I attempted to use the emergency recovery key I had saved in a Word document. However, the system does not accept it. I’m confident this was the original key provided to me when I first set up my account.
Requested Recovery Email:
I clicked on “Can’t find your recovery key?” and requested a recovery email several times. While the message says that the recovery instructions will be sent to my email, I have not received anything in my inbox or spam folder. I’ve attached screenshots to show the process I followed.
Password Reset Not Helpful:
I have also received multiple prompts to reset my password, which I have done. However, the issue is not related to my password—it’s the inability to complete the two-step verification that is preventing me from accessing my account.
