We have a problem with the icons, anyone know how to solve this? (Screen below)
Has the user in question gone to their profile page on Atlassian and see what it looks like there? ou could try changing it to something else then back again?
Usually this kind of thing happens when the website can not connect to the image server. Restarting the internet works, but it looks like a problem on trello's end. All I can say in that case is to wait.
