Our Trello was not working properly earlier. It only started working after we added a new card. Is there any recent update or change in Trello?
Also, we noticed that the service charges being shown are higher than before. Could you please clarify the reason for this?

As you mentioned, Trello was not working properly before. What issue were you facing? The only recent update in Trello is that we are moving to the new version of Trello.

Also, you mentioned you noticed more service charges. I checked your account, and you are using the free premium trial. Are you using a paid Trello plan with another account?
